Dr. Roneisha M. Randall, a native of Orlando, Florida, is a dynamic force dedicated to educating and empowering youth, women, and professionals. Dr. Roneisha brings a wealth of knowledge as an educator in the public school system. In addition to being an educator, Dr. Randall is also an author, educational consultant, mentor, keynote speaker, and workshop facilitator. As the visionary CEO, Creator and Founder of BEthat! LLC, a prominent empowerment and coaching company, Dr. Randall instills the principles of T-hriving, H-oping, A-ffirming, and T-ranscending (the  acronym for THAT)  in the lives of others. 

 

Dr. Randall's educational journey began at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/Public Relations. Her commitment to educational leadership led her to the University of Phoenix, where she achieved a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership. Her enduring passion for witnessing transformative change in the lives of others has been constant throughout her career.
